Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Due Burning Of Hand

hello, really worried. my mum burnt her hand a few hours ago on a frying pan which was left in the oven. she ran her hand under cold water for a while, and then had her hand in a bowl of cold water ever since. it has been a long time since then, as she burnt her hand at around 7.00 and now she says the pain is so much, it has actually made her throw up. i didnt know what to do so i searched home remedies and it says to put diluted vinegar on a cloth around the affected area which i did. but shes in a lot of pain and is breathing quite fast and says she feels sick - what should i do?
