Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Due To Transverse Myelitis

In 2009 I was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis. Only 5% of the world has been diagnosed with this. The pain is out of this world. I basicly went to sleep and woke up like this. I have no quality of life. Help ME.................This is the most pain disease and most doctors have never heard of Transverse Myelitis.
