Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain From Paralysis And Swelling In Arm

i was in a ski accident and have paralysis of left arm above elbow through hand and swelling. i am wearing elastic glove and arm elastic which is supposed to help with swelling. it is extremely painful. my husband was taught how to do lymphedemy massage but i hurt so bad. any suggestions
