Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain From Right Breast To Back

I believe that I had a gallbladder attack last night. Pain started under my right breast and went around to my back. On a pain level of 1 to 10 it was a 10. It lasted for about 3 hours. I have had these attacks before but not to this level of pain. What should my next step be and does this sound like a gallbladder attack?
