Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Arms And Legs Due To Charcot Marie Tooth Disease

I have CMT 1 and the pain in my legs and ankles is so bad in the morning esp. that I can't function until around noon until my pain medication has a chance to start working,
if then. I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong. I know this just gets worse but I've gotten worse in the last month and have not done anything different. I'm not having quality of life, is there anything I can do to help with this?
