Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Back Of Neck

Hi, my name is Kay, 8 days ago i fell down and banged my head & knocked myself out, i have a large lump on the front of my head above my left eye, two black eyes & a swollen nose. i went to hospital & have since been back to hospital & had a head scan. i have severe pain in the back of my neck, which no amount of pain killers will remove, when i lay down the pain in my neck & shoulder is worse. it feels like my neck is swollen please help
