Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Back With Inability To Pass Stools

I am having extreme pain on the right side of my back, especially in the middle. Can t move, can t belch, can t lie there on either side, can t get up and when I eat or drink its extremely painful. Haven t had a bowel movement for the last 2 days which is odd because I have at least 3 or 4 eliminations a day. Please advise with thanks. Sincerely, Jane Fisher
