Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Body While Coughing Due To Bronchitis

Hi, I have bronchitis and when I cough I get this pain all through my body. It feels like pins and needles are poking me. The pain last for about 10 minutes and goes away. During that time I find it hard to continue with whatever activity I am doing. Is this something that I need to be concerned about?
