Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Finger Post Cauterization And Stitching

I had a wart on my right middle finger beside my nail. It was cut out, along with part of my nail removed. It was cauterized and stiched up. This is my 3rd day and the pain is unbearable and getting worse. Tylenol 3s arn't even doing the trick. Could the bandage be too tight? Any suggestiongs?
