Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Foot

I broke the 5th metatarsel in my right foot 6 years ago. I had a cast put on and the foot healed. 8 months later, I fell and broke it again in the same spot. I was 7 months pregnant, so they wouldn't put a cast on. I wore that boot for 3 months and was told it was healed. Now i have pain in the same spot. It feels like a deep ache and is almost unbearable to stand on at time. Wondering if I should go to the emergency room, or make an appt to see the foot doctor again?
