Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Joints And Muscles

i am loganathan aged 42, height 1.72 mtr, weight 71 kg. i have suffered by joint pain and muscle pain. i could not do any pshysical activity more, but do yoga. i went kottakkal vaidyasala at chennai and they give tabs for improve immune. suggestion please
