Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Joints

Hi. I got some medicine from a friend for sudden joint pain. It has a symbol on it that looks like the ribbon representing breast cancer, then a period, and then the numbers 636. Can you please tell me what I took? I have no money at this time. Can you PLEASE help me? The side effects have been horrific and I am epileptic and have glaucoma.
