Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Left Arm,shoulder And Wrist

i am a 22 year old woman and suffer from anxiety, as far as my doctor is concerned. for the past 3 weeks could be more i have been experiencing bad pain down my left arm and into my wrist.the pain is also in my left shoulder and sometimes the pain comes in my right side. i do smoke but i have cut down and i am trying to stop. i have had ecg and bloods done and they have all been fine my bps fine and so is my cholesterol so why am i having this pain, i have been getting uncomfortable pain in my chest awell i am on propranalol for anxiety.plz help
