Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Left Elbow

Good Afternoon Doctor,My age is 45. Height is 5.4" and weight is 75 kg. My problem is severe pain on my left tennis elbow. First pain is start with right tennis elbow. Now it is bearable. I am not a diabetic patient. I don't have b.p. Uric acid level is 4.5. Please advise me who is the right specialist (R. A Specialist or a Physician) I have to consult.
