Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Leg Along The Knee And Calves

Aloha, I ve been having pain in my left leg along the hamstring, knee, especially the outer side and my calves. I did have a couple of falls which resulted in bruising but no fractures. I ve tried some exercises that my doctor gave me for when my right knee was bothering me. It s been over a month and have a hard time walking without paid and it can be extremely painful when I cross my left knee. Sometimes at night when my leg is stretch out it is very painful. I see my doctor in Friday. Any advice? Could I have torn something?
