Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Leg

I fell two weeks ago on my side and hit the hardwood floor with my thigh/upper femur bone. This caused a huge bruise and pain so intense I could not bear any weight on my right leg. I can walk now but the pain is still a 7 out of 10. X rays showed no broken bones. When will it stop hurting? I am afraid of staying like this.
