Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen And Blood In Urine

i am 24 yr old female. my first day of my last menstrual was feb 18. after my 4 days were finished i was ok. 2 days later i developed this horrible pain on my lower left side. This pain ended up spreading to all of my lower abdominal. I got very nauseaed. Then the went to go pee and it was full of blood, when i wiped, no blood. that pain lasted for a whole day. The next morning i woke up with the same pain, i threw up and i felt much better. Yesterday the pain in my lower section is back again. This time the pain going all the way up to my chest and in my back. here is more blood when i go pee, but not when i wipe. Any suggestions
