Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen Post Swallowing Chicken Bone

I swallowd a chicken bone 4days ago it was stuck in my throught for a while then i went to bed it wasnt there any more but then i woke up the next day n i was in serouse pain when i sit down or go to the bathroom it hurts my lower stomache area feels like knifes or even like high powerd electrical thing hard to descripe but its been going on for 3 days now what should i do
