Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Lower Back And Near Tail Bone

Hello i am a 25 year old female and i went sledding late last night on a very very steep hill behind my house. I got going very fast and couldn't see. I hit a large jump extremely hard and then went air born. I landed hard and had tremendous pain in my tail bone up through my lower back. I also got the wind knocked out of me. After laying there for a few min i slowly stood up and we went home. as i was walking i could really walk i was in so much pain. I took some medicine for pain and went to bed. In the middle of the night my dog laid next to me and touched my back and i woke up in tears. Today i am laying on the couch not able to move much...just a little worried that i may have hurt myself really bad. What should i do go to the ER or just wait it out
