Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Lower Back Post Injury

I hurt my lower back clamming in WA Easter weekend. I thought I pulled a musle or a couple and said so when I did it but this doesn t feel like pulled lower back. I can barely breath. Bending over is out of the question but as long as I dont twist I can move around very carefully.
