Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Lower Chest Under Rib Cage

Hi I am 20 years old i dont smoke and hardly drink...i have a real horrible pain in my lower chest under my rib cage o my right it feels like a gas build up and that i am about to burst its also causing problems in m y right side of my neck..I am not sure if i should go to the hospital or if i am just being silly what could this be?
