Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Right Shoulder Blade

Hi I am 38 year old female and for the last twoeeks i have had this sharp pain in my right shoulder blade. THree days ago I noticed a red spot tht is approx 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. The pain is so severe that it hurts when anything touches it including my hair. It hurts more when i am at work standing on my feet for 8 hours a day. The pain is un bearable whar can i do.
