Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Stomach With Bloating While On Cerazette

I have been on Cerazette for two years with no periods. For the last three weeks I have been having period cramps and back ache, also frequency to urinate. I has a vaginal ultrasound in A and E the gynae Reg I saw said I had nothing to worry about. Two small cysts on my left ovary and everything looked fine.She said to keep my Gynae appointment for 8/4/15. But I am in so much pain and discomfort. My stomache is swollen too. I am not pregnant, can you help?
