Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Stomach,back And Hip

i fell 7 weeks ago on my back on steps,i also felt something tear in my lower right side of stomach,i am still having pain and when i walk, seems like my stomach and back go into one big contraction,also have hip pain,the bottom of my spine feels bruised i cant feel it if iam lying down and try to roll over .went to emergency room when it happen and they said nothing was broken and i would feel better in a few days.
