Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In The Knees

I am a 20 female experiencing very bad pain in both knees, the pain is like a burning pain it is there all the time but is made worse by standing or sitting for long periods of time. I am a nursing student and on my feed all day. the pain is getting unbearable it is even sore while resting.
