Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Near Belly Button Near Hernia Incision

I hope you can I have a lot of health issues from lupus ,seizures ,aneurism in the brain ,protein s deficiency , diverticulitus , meniscula of knee ,kidney stones ,carpal tunnel ,lost nerves of both wrist after mini stroke 9 years ago.I am 40 years old that s a short list. For the past 6 days I have been feeling so ill pain of my belly button near where I had surgery of a hernia 6 months ago it comes & goes ,fever ,nausea ,vomiting, severe painful migraine, lightheadedness ,rib hurt also, sinisus .
