Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Under Rib Cage

I have pain under my rib cage going through to my back. Went to urgent care and they said gerd. I took prilosec for a week and it did not help. Woke up yesterday throwing IP green and yellow. Went to urgent care again and they did blood work, urine test and x-ray. They said they were all normal and sent me home. I am still in extreme pain with no relief. Could it be my gallbladder?
