Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain While Swallowing Due To Tonsillitis

Hi! I m currently going through acute tonsillitis, I m taking all the necessary medication (penicillin, paracetamol, ibuprofen) but it hurts so much to swallow that I m finding it really hard to drink or eat anything. How can I make it easier to swallow?
