Suggest Remedy For Severe Painful Cramps In The Sides Of Upper Chest

I am having severe painful cramps in the sides of my upper chest. they occur at any time. they wake me up at night. they started a month ago. no change in diet or drug use or activities. I drink plenty of water and no Alcohol at all. What should i do? Thanks, Steven Blankinship
