Suggest Remedy For Severe Pelvic Pain When Having Ovarian Cyst

I am a 33 year old female having severe lower left pelvic pain. I have a history of ovarian cysts and endometriosis. About a month and a half ago I visited my gyno for the pain. He did an ultrasound a found a cyst on my left ovary that he described as the size of an egg. I was given a 7 day dose of provera, a z pack, and a mild painkiller and was told after my next period to make another appt if the pain was no better. I am on birth control pills for cysts already and have been for the past 8 yrs since my son was born. The pain comes and goes but occurs daily. It is no better at all. It makes it hard to fall asleep and also we makes we up at night. It is interfering with my daily life. I also had a hernia repair 5 yrs ago in the area of my pain. I do not know if it could b a complication of that or the actual cyst. I have already had 3 laparoscopic surgeries for that over the last 8 yrs. Some of my other symptoms are bloating, irregular periods, back pain on the same side that is sciatic pain, constipation and diarrhea, weight gain, blood in stools, but most importantly, the pain. Does this sound like a prob from cysts, hernia repair, or digestive system. Something has to get better.
