Suggest Remedy For Severe Rash On Left Hand

I have a sever rash on my left hand and also on the wrist area which is very itchy. At first I thought it may be shingles but I do not have any other symptoms. The rash appeared and spread after I had worn a wrist band which had latex in it and I have found that I always got a rash after wearing latex gloves. I do wear gloves at work but have since only worn the nitrate gloves and do not have any problems. Can you help me determine what the cause of this and how to treat it.
