Suggest Remedy For Severe Sinusitis And Pain In Upper Abdomen

I have been sick with severe sinus and lung issue with lots of aches. I went to doctor today they prescribed z pack. But progressively I have gurgling pain rightin the middle of my tirso just at top of rib cage. Took tums and didn t help at all. Also making me feel nauseous.
