Suggest Remedy For Severe Vertigo

Due to spinal compression from two ruptured discs and nerological symptoms in my arm and hand, I am now 4 months post anterior cervical fusion c4-5 C 5-6. Two cadaviar spacers, titanium plate with 6 screws.
For two days now I have experienced severe vertigo. My balance has been off since the surgery but this is really a sickning room spinning occurance. Related to the sx? Michele
