Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain In Chest After Having Muscle Pulled

I think I pulled a chest muscle when I was crawling on the floor. I had a sudden sharp pain in the left chest a week ago. The pain has decreased and I can now take a deep breath without the sharp pain, but I hear a popping sound in the left chest area when I inhale.
