Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain In Knee, Tingling Toes And Pain While Walking

The outer part of my knee is experiencing a sharp/hot sensation that runs down the back of my leg and makes my toes tingle. This pain is making it hard to move my knee and walk. I cant play in my sports either because its hurts so much. ( I am icing it but its not helping, and there is little to no swelling) Help me find out whats going on so i can get back to sports!
