Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen

I have had sharp pain in my lower abdomen for a week and a half mainly the left side. I have been to the er and they just tested for infections through urine which was all negative, a swab of the pelvic area for std's which was all neg and a pregnancy test which was also negative. this is a constant pain with no fever or no problem goin to the bathroom Please help
