Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain In The Pelvic Area

I have a missed miscarriage 3 weeks ago only bled for 3 days not much clotting but all the normal pains which stopped after 8 days. Ive now started to get pains some sharp stabbing in my left pevic area is this normal. My hcg at the time of miscarriage was 30 and I was 8 weeks also I had internal check by a gynacolagist at a&e but no scans at all as my doctor would not refer me
