Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain In Upper Left Part Of Stomach And Fluttering Feeling In Head

i'm having multiple symtoms probably not relatd but here goes....fluttering feeling in my head back near top right that feels like someone tapping on my head lightly. No other issues related to that feelilng.Another not so gentle pain is occuring in the upper left part of my stomach, near the bottom left of rib cage left of center chest. Pain is quite sharp and feels deep. Lasts a few seconds 10 - 15 then goes away. Comes back frequently throughout day, not at night while sleeping. Started about 1 week ago with no real pattern
