Suggest Remedy For Short Term Memory Loss And Difficulty To Get The Words Out

Having trouble remembering, losing items like hearing aids, poor speech and unable to form sentences. Short term memory effected most. hard to get the words out. The problems are better then they were in December, but I hate being out in public. Michael
