Suggest Remedy For Shortness Of Breath And Extreme Fatigue Post Bronchial Infection

After a severe bronchial infection and a fall on my chest.I developed shortness of breath and an overwhelming sense of exhaustion. I have been Homebound for more than three months and it is difficult to do normal activities. I have lost over 10 pounds and lose my balance when walking. I am a type 1 diabetic and have very high glucose due to prednisone. Will I ever feel well again?
