Suggest Remedy For Side Effects From BP And Thyroid Medicines

I am a very active 50 yr old. I work out at daily at an intense level. I eat 1200-1400 caleries per day. After three years working with a trainer and not losing a pound, I started getting medical testing done. The results were a thyroid issue that has me on levothyroxine. Since going on the medication in May I have gained weight at approximately 5 pounds per month, even though my cardio and weight training level of intensity increases every 6 weeks. I have developed kidney stones twice, hip issue and now blood pressure that requires medication. Every time the medication is increased a new rare side effect occurs. All of my dr's are telling me it's not the medicine and to join their weight loss programs. Why is the medication making my body backwards? What testing can I request?
