Suggest Remedy For Side Effects Of Excessive Masturbation

I started masturbating since I was 17 and as m 23 now, its 6 years almost that I practiced it regularly. Now m facing few problems like the usual side effects of over masturbation. Now as I have got a much better control over myself and I have stopped it by having sex with my girl friend most of the time. I need your help , please suggest me a better medicine or supplements that can help me over come these side effects.
