Suggest Remedy For Sinus Headaches

I have a big question. So i always get headaches daily, ever since I was little, but the last couple months I ve been getting more and they are bigger. Sinuses headache what ive been told a while back.i woke up with this lump in back of my head. Does not hurt. Not even to touch it. Could this be a vein? Or a tumor please write back thank u
