Suggest Remedy For Sinus In The Ear

Hi, I was born with a preaurical sinus on the right side of my ear. This sinus had discharge and was very smelly fluid that was released from the tiny hole. This became very annoying and went to a plastic surgeon and he suggested we performed surgery on it. So we did and it was not succesful a bubble formed over the sinus and pus with be released from it so the surgeon told us that the infection was not fully out. Then he performed a seconde surgry and was not succesful and the same thing happened! i am very confused and do not no what to do! May you please help!
