Suggest Remedy For Sinusitis And Headache Due To Deviated Nasal Septum

My wife 54 yrs and she is having synus problem for a long time and consulted a ENT doct and got extray n he said there is a bend in her nose bone n the flem doesnt come out and it is blocked in the right side of the nasal pocket and she is having head ace when she get up ;in the morning. Now doctor wants to get a NCT scan n if its so that she has to go for a surgery to strainght the bone. what is your idea please as my wife is a hypotension patient and scared for the surgery.
