Suggest Remedy For Skin Abrasions On Penis

I was wondering if there is anything to put on a sores that look like cuts on the penis? there are no bumps it just looks like some of the skin has be peeled away like there is a nick in the top layer of skin. It is located on the underneath of the penis, and not at the tip of the penis.
