Suggest Remedy For Skin Ailments In Face

i am a 17 year old girl...i have a littlie bit dry skin...since last one month,certain white patches have started to appear on my cheeks..they are small patches n make my skin look rough and patchy..the uniformity of my face is gone...what should i do?
