Suggest Remedy For Skin Ailments

I just used nair hair removal product and I now appear to be having some sort of allergic reaction. My legs are covered in a rash and are stinging quite severely. My underarms are very red and they feel like they're burning. I have a skin condition called karatosis pilaris, I'm not sure if that affect it or not. What should I do?
