Suggest Remedy For Skin Ailments

First of all thank you. Last summer I went kayaking with my son. Used hawaiin tropic sheer spray 50 spf. since then my skin is very thin, dry, and very tight feeling. looks cracked and is very itchy. is this systemic? I have waited to see a doc thinking it's just dry CO skin but I have NEVER had these issues. Help??
