Hi, i have an itch in my private areas like bellow the belly button thighs and everywhere around i can see a border of lil bumps that itch an lift when i scratch. it turns like ashy also when i scratch what can this be. i also started getting itch on my neck an it has gotten darkwer an i also can see a border where it gets darker
